She continues to attend workshops and seminars conducted by Master Pilates Teachers and remains committed to a diverse Pilates education.
Coreen was trained as a competitive gymnast at a young age, but soon turned her attention to dance. At the age of 15, she was one of a select group accepted to the Joffrey Summer Program in NYC. She performed for many years as a professional ballet and modern dancer. She has continued her studies in NYC, graduating from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Coreen continues to work in several capacities as dancer, choreographer, actor, and assistant casting director.
Coreen has remained loyal to the art of teaching dance, and her progression to the study and teaching of Pilates was a natural fit. Along with her Pilates training and education, she continues to teach and choreograph all genres of dance. Coreen is a member of IDEA (International Dance Exercise Association).
