Private Sessions: All Apparatus and/or Matwork
One on One with Teacher

We highly recommend that your first Pilates experience be a private session. This will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus and the basic fundamental principals of the Pilates Method. It also allows the instructor to make an evaluation of your specific needs and give you an idea of where your body is in terms of strength and weaknesses. It is the most effective way to begin your Pilates program and to focus on your individual needs.

Duet/Partner Sessions: All Apparatus and/or Matwork
Two Individuals with One Teacher

Recommended for those who enjoy partnering and would like to share their Pilates program with a friend or family member. We also recommend that your fitness levels are compatible so that you can move at a relatively similar pace. A duet works well for individuals at all levels.

Apparatus Classes
(Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector, and Wunda Chair):

Limited to 3-5 Individuals

An excellent way to supplement your Private Sessions and Group Matwork Classes. Benefit from the support of spring tension to better access and develop resilient muscles; smooth, decompressed joints and core strength.
Teacher approval required.

Pilates Group Matwork Sessions:
Limited to 4-8 Individuals

A series of Matwork exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the "whole" body while maintaining proper breathing, balance, muscular control & stability, and proper alignment. Our instructors address the needs of every student and offer modifications and individual adjustments whenever necessary. We offer specialized classes using Magic Circles, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, Spine Supporters and Small Barrels.
Teacher approval required.

Yoga/Asana Private Matwork Sessions:
One on one with Teacher

An excellent way to begin your Yoga/Asana practice. Designed for those with little or no experience, this session is a great way to explore the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, while combining the principals of the Pilates Method, including basic breathing techniques. You'll learn the Asanas (Yoga poses) in a progressive manner, giving you a firm foundation for a lasting Yoga practice. Body mechanics, proper alignment, posture awareness, opening of the hips and shoulders, and ways to quiet the mind are introduced. All Yoga/Asana sessions end with Final Relaxation (Savasana) & Meditation.
